The Challenge
One of the nation’s largest hospitals has dozens of field offices and each field office uses SharePoint 2010. Most are independent, however, some are using shared services. The hospital’s large Information Technology department, like many, is over burdened with too much to do and not enough resources with which to do it. Their IT staff knew they need to migrate to Office 365 but what to do when there simply is no time to accomplish the migration in the current hectic environment?
