Infrastructure Security Engineer
Entre Computer Services has an immediate need for an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our team in the Buffalo, New York area. The position will support users in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment with excellent customer service skills and previous experience in the following:
Requirements
- 4 year degree (or equivalent IT/Security experience), CompTIA Security+ or SANS GIAC Security Essentials certifications.
- 1 or more years of experience working within the HITRUST security framework
- 2-3 years of hands on experience planning and executing IT Infrastructure/Application Security
- 2-3 years of hands on experience working with acute care medical facilities implementing and supporting HIPAA Security Compliance activities
- Experience developing and presenting security training materials for IT and end users
- Experience deploying and supporting managed system encryption solutions
- Experience supporting RSA two factor authentication
- Experience performing and supporting IT Security forensic investigations
- Experience implementing and supporting Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems and Data Leak Prevention
- Experience with Data Recovery
- Experience addressing day to day IT Security incidents
Skills
- Manage collection of vendor SOC reporting requests, review and document
- Conduct annual IT Application Security Assessments following the customers’ IT Security framework
- Conduct annual reviews and manage queries from entities seeking IT Security information from customer
- Manage IT Security components (investigations/approvals) for IT Remote Access requests
- Management of RSA 2-factor tokens
Required Education
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
