Entre Computer Services is currently looking for a Deskside Professional for an opportunity in the Rochester, New York area.

Skills

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows OS - 2000, XP, MAC OS
• PC (Dell, HP, Apple MAC, IBM) and printer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Desktop support knowledge for current MS Office and general business applications
• Assist users with remote connectivity, systems access
• Must be a self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Excellent oral and written communications skills are imperative

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Bachelors Degree

Preferences

• Microsoft certification is desired but not required.
