Evan®.Net is a fully featured content management solution. It allows technical and non-technical individuals to manage Web content. Below is a list of available functions of the system. Entre’s solution is developed to separate the content from the display. This allows for design modifications to be easy and flexible.
- Role Based Security – This allows your administrators the flexibility to be assigned to one or more groups. Each group can have its own respective rights to manage the site or the site content.
- User and Group Management – This allows administrators to manage user’s and groups for viewing content and access to back-end functions. This items is used in conjunction with the Role based Security.
- Site Log and Web Site Logs – Entre provides a built-in Web Site analytics. This allows you the ability to view statistics on page views, page hits, and referred links.

- Intuitive, familiar user interface – Entre provides a familiar rich text (WYSIWYG) style MS Word interface for managing content areas.
- Copy Page Function – This allows for a user to copy an existing page that may be similar to a page that they are working on.

- Conversion to PDF – This function converts uploaded MS Word (non password protected files) and text documents to Adobe PDF format.
- Image Management – This provides the capabilities for managing uploaded images. You can upload and manage any number of images to be used within the content entry sections of the Web Site.
- Image Cropping and resizing – This allows for uploaded image files to be cropped and resized.
- Work Flow – This allows for a simple workflow process for those organizations that wish to distribute the publishing to various individuals within their organization.
- Content Versioning – This function allows for versioning for the text and content areas of the Web Site. User’s can roll back or view previous versions of content.
- Friendly URLs – This function allows for URL’s to be in a readable format. This serves to provide search engines an easier way to spider your site as well as allow site visitors the ability to easily bookmark pages.
- Integrated Site Search – Entre has built an integrated search into Evan.Net. This allows a site visitor to search and display results based on a keyword they search on.
- Events Calendar – This function displays an events calendar that can be modified and updated by an administrator.
- Page Metadata – This provides standard metadata about a page. This includes meta tags with appropriate data of keywords and descriptions.
- Forms and Form Management – This function allows for the creation and management of site forms. This gives the page author the ability to create forms throughout the site.
