Entre Computer Services has an immediate need for an experienced Help Desk Professional in Rochester NY. The successful candidate will have the following skill set and experience:

• Knowledgeable in MS Windows OS - 2000, XP
• PC & Printer hardware trouble shooting & repair
• Desktop support knowledge for current MS Office applications
• Assist users with remote connectivity, systems access
• Some Admin. experience - MS Exchange, Outlook
• Minimum 2 years experience required
• Must be a self starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
