A block plan consists of prepaid time against which hours are debited whenever our network
service engineers are onsite. Block support maximizes the availability

All block plans are customized to your business needs. For instance, a plan
can include onsite preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and
break/fix repair service for all (or a portion of) your networked
hardware and related software. Response effort is also accommodated to
your needs, including half-day or same day service.
