Entre Computer Services has an immediate need for Help Desk Professionals to join our team. The position is a 6 month contract to direct hire, in a fast-paced, technically-challenging environment.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- At least 6 months Help Desk experience
- Minimum 2-year degree
- Willing to work rotation shifts to cover 24/7 coverage
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Outlook, Windows XP Pro, 7
- Good team player
- Must be a self starter with good communication and interpersonal skills and be completely customer focused
