Entre Computer Services is currently looking for a Deskside Professional for a temp to perm opportunity in the Rochester NY area. The candidate must be willing to work flexible shifts, over nights and weekends.
The successful candidate will have the following skill set and experience:
- Knowledgeable in MS Windows OS - 2000, XP, MAC OS
- PC (Dell, HP, Apple MAC, IBM) & Printer hardware trouble shooting & repair
- Desktop support knowledge for current MS Office and general business applications
- Assist users with remote connectivity, systems access
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Must be a self starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Required education: Bachelors Degree
Microsoft certification is desired but not required. Must, be able to multitask on simultaneous projects. Excellent oral and written communications skills are imperative.
