Deskside Professional in Rochester NY.
The successful candidate will have the following skill set and experience:
- Knowledgeable in MS Windows OS - 2000, XP, MAC OS
- PC (Dell, HP, Apple MAC, IBM) & Printer hardware trouble shooting & repair
- Desktop support knowledge for current MS Office and general business applications
- Assist users with remote connectivity, systems access
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Must be a self starter with good communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft certification is desired but not required. Must, be able to multitask on simultaneous projects. Excellent oral and written communications skills are imperative.
